JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for an IT Auditor with the following experience:

Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
ITIL certification (advantageous)
Information Technology Qualification in operation in IT Service
10 to 15 years working experience in IT preferred as Service Delivery Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Tasks:

Documentation of IT operation-processes and controls
Supporting the DevOps Teams and Process Owners in providing Operational Data (e.g., KPIs) to ensure the compliance of the regulated markets (Support Audits)
Consulting on IT operation processes
Establish a CoE (Center of excellence) for IT Operation Controls
Ensure, drive and improve the quality of operation- process documentation
Monitor and drive the implementation of operation process controls

Technical skills:

Ability create KPIs Reports (e.g., SQL, APEX, qlikView, qlike sense, Tableau
MS Office, Atlassian Jira & Confluence
High-level understanding of IT Infrastructure and Operations
Prior experience in IT Processes, Operation and IT Service
Broad understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts
Experience with ITIL
Experience with the Agile Methodology
