POSITION INFO:
This is an opportunity to showcase your Business and Technical skills and experience in designing database systems / applications, in collaboration with super users and developers.

Responsibilities Include:

Requirements Gathering:

• Engage with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs and objectives.
• Collect and document detailed business requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.

• Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.

• Design and architect database systems based on gathered business requirements.
• Ensure the database design aligns with business needs, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.

• Write clear and concise technical requirements documentation for developers, providing a detailed blueprint for system implementation.
• Communicate technical requirements in a manner that enables developers to efficiently implement solutions that meet business objectives.

• A Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• A Business Analysis Certificate would be an added bonus.

• +3 years Business Analysis experience in the IT Industry.
• A Strong Technical background (As a Software Developer preferably).
• A Solid background in writing clear and concise technical requirements documentation for developers, providing a detailed blueprint for system implementation.

• Experience in the Logistics industry would be an added advantage.
