• IT / Business Science Degree
• 3+ years Business Analysis/ Architecture expertise
• 3+ years Software development experience (Including prototyping, Iterative & Agile development)
• Project management & Business analysis techniques, e.g., Asana, Jira, Figma, Visio etc.
• Customer-led innovation and Design thinking
• Outstanding communication & Presentation skills
• Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills.

• Design & Implement online payment systems & related API, data analytics, information services and blockchain technologies
• Direct software development projects & User training/ engagement processes & systems.
