SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecommunications sector is looking for an IT Delivery Manager on a contract duration of 6 months.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data products, analytics solutions and machine learning (ML) initiatives within an Agile delivery squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. Programme governance and overall coordination will remain with the Project Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of data products and ML solutions, from design through to production support. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. Manage and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders and Product Owners. Coordinate delivery across DataCo, IT, Operating Companies (OpCos) and third-party vendors. Ensure successful release planning and deployment of solutions aligned to DataCo's commercial and monetisation strategy. Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve delivery issues. Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices within the squad. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. 5-8 years' experience in IT project or Agile delivery management. Experience delivering data, analytics or machine learning solutions. Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum\/Kanban). Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills. Scrum Master, Agile or Project Management certification is advantageous.
