SUMMARY:
A digital transformation consulting house with main focus in the financial services group is seeking to hire a seasoned IT Executive reporting to the CEO. The purpose of the role is to lead the Software Solutions Function encompassing the Analysis, Planning, Design, Documentation, evaluation and Research of solutions and software development projects

POSITION INFO:

Description:

Effectively lead a team of Specialists, Developers, Support staff, Business Analysts, and Enterprise & Systems Architects according corporate Values, project needs and Enterprise Architecture standards. Ensure that the IT strategy supports the corporate strategy.

Education:

BSc or BCom in computer science / Information Systems or any relevant IT related degree or equivalent NQF qualification.
Relevant post grad qualifications

Experience:

8 years’ experience in the Technology disciplines: technical architecture, network management, infrastructure development, middleware, database management,
Software Development Lifecycle experience, specifically agile methodologies.
Change Management Methodologies
Project Management
5 years’ experience leadership position
Domain expertise across Life Insurance very important
