POSITION INFO:
To support, secure, maintain, and improve the organisation's IT infrastructure across the business, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT operations. This role requires a hands-on technical professional with experience across infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and Microsoft technologies while driving automation and operational efficiencies. Qualifications and Technical Requirements 5 years' experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems, or Network Administration CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft equivalent certification Infrastructure, networking, and systems administration Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network administration Server virtualisation, backups, disaster recovery, and IT security Microsoft Power Automate workflows and business process automation MikroTik routing and switching environments VOIP, hardware, and software environments Key Performance Areas Optimise network, server, and infrastructure environments Configure, support, and troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, wireless, and firewall environments Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD environments Maintain and monitor virtual server environments, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Network and infrastructure security controls are maintained and continuously improved Develop, maintain, and support Microsoft Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency Automate manual business processes using Microsoft technologies Troubleshoot VOIP, hardware, software, and end-user systems Investigate and resolve network, server, and infrastructure issues Provide internal IT support to business users across multiple sites Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, system configurations, and asset records Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively implement improvements to maximise system availability
