SUMMARY:
IT Manager who will play a key role in IT Infrastructure, ERP systems and hosting service with 3rd party service providers

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Align ICT strategy with business goals and IT trends.
Ensure IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Review and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Compile and manage group IT budget and chargebacks.
Provide cost estimates for site budgets and ensure IT spend aligns with recovery.
Manage software updates, patches, and antivirus deployment.
Manage incidents, requests, and changes via OSSI system.
Provide after-hours support and coordinate IT maintenance.
Handle user setup (GP, AD, email) and system configurations.
Develop and maintain BI360 reports and dashboards.
Compile board reports and validate agent incentives.
Coordinate IT procurement in line with budget approvals.
Monitor service provider performance and reconcile billing.

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Technology
Min 6 years experience in networks, computer setup and software deployment
Strong Finance and Budgeting experience required
Hands on experience wit SQL server
Experience in user assistance and 1st line support
