SUMMARY:
If you’re an experienced IT professional with a passion for infrastructure, ERP systems, and hands-on user support, then this is your chance to lead and shape technology operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role puts you in the driver’s seat—managing everything from service providers to data replication and business intelligence. You’ll be the backbone of IT operations, playing a strategic and operational role while ensuring compliance, reliability, and innovation across the group’s systems.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related discipline (preferred)
6+ years of experience in networking, system setup, and software deployment
Proven IT management experience
Hands-on with SQL Server
Strong background in accounting, finance, or budgeting
Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)

Key Requirements:

First-line IT support and user assistance
Oversee ERP systems, servers, backups, patching, and infrastructure
Manage third-party hosting, vendors, and SLAs
Ensure IT compliance, governance, and licensing
Handle system updates, security, antivirus, and mail protection (e.g., Mimecast)
Manage the Ossi call logging system and after-hours support
Coordinate IT procurement, budgeting, and cost recovery
Deliver training, onboarding, and system access (GP, AD, etc.)
Run incentive calculations, import pricing, and generate BI360 reports
Maintain accurate registers (e.g., barcodes and distribution radiuses)
Compile IT budgets, board reports, and manage chargebacks
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency
Drive disaster recovery testing and ensure data security
