SUMMARY:
The IT Manager will be responsible for taking full ownership of the IT function within the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying risks and inefficiencies proactively and implementing practical, scalable solutions in a fast-moving technology environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the IT function, managing dayâtoâday operations and longâterm planning
Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software
Proactively identify IT gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
Ensure that system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place
Provide technical support and guidance to internal users as required
Manage IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, and documentation
Support business growth by recommending and implementing new technologies
Operate independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business

Job Experience and Skills Required:

3–5 years of relevant IT experience, ideally within a highâtech or technologyâdriven environment
Demonstrated ability to manage IT operations independently
Experience identifying IT risks, solving problems proactively, and implementing solutions
Strong understanding of general IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security principles
