SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations, infrastructure, and support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all technology systems, leading a high-performing IT team, and driving technology initiatives that support business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and cybersecurity across the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements A proven background in IT infrastructure, hardware, desktop support, and end-user technologies. Extensive experience managing and supporting Microsoft-based environments, including enterprise-level systems and applications. Demonstrated experience overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, security, governance, and policy management for a large workforce of approximately 3,000 users. Experience managing corporate facilities, including building maintenance, renovations, repairs, and vendor coordination. Strong people management skills, with a track record of leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams of 8 to 12 IT support and facilities management professionals. Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT, including significant exposure to infrastructure management, technical support, and team leadership roles. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Apply now!
