JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a IT Manager who will Manage Technical resources and provide key IT /Tech support to the business and its users.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities
1st 2nd and 3rd line technical support
Manage Virtual environment(VMWARE)
Network Management(Office and Studio)
Administer Windows Server 2012 and 2016(Deep understanding of ALL roles and features), Windows 7 and 10
Administer O365 portal
Administer Mac OS
Manage End user and core hardware resources
Manage backups(OneDrive), DRP
Manage NAS(QNAP)
Manage Access Control(ZKAccess and ARIAs security) and cameras(iCatch)
Manage Antivirus
Manage Firewall(Fortigate), Network security
Manage Suppliers and Service providers(RCS, Fibre, Microwave, Printers, Office 365, Streaming)
Manage Budget
Information Officer
Facilities and Operations
Conduct Monthly Audits and Reporting

Minimum Requirements
3 years’ experience in IT Management
3-year National Diploma in IT or Equivalent qualification
Experience in VEEAM, VMWARE, Microsoft Windows and server, IOS(All Expert level)
Expect level troubleshooting
