IT Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT Manager. Sandton. Dip/Deg in IT or Computer Science. 10 year plus experience in IT Networks with experience in Infrastructure Architecture management. Able to design and implement a technology vision for the company. Will work closely with the Software Dev team. Experience overseeing environments with data protection, security, encryption, backup and DR requirement. Understanding of SQL database architecture. Excellent communicator able to mentor small team. Strong understanding of IP WAN networking, firewalling and VMWare virtualisation. Able to provide structure and control of the IT environment. Minimize IT downtime and ensure high levels of productivity. No ITC or Criminal Records. Stable background with contactable references.
