JOB SUMMARY:
My client is based on the West Rand and is looking for an IT Manager for their team. 5 to 10 years experience in IT ops, knowledge of WMS, SAP Business One, systems audits etc will be required. Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key requirements include:

Relevant degree or solid IT operations experience
Experience to include leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out of IT infrastructures across various technologies
WMS experience is required
Analytical and logical

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve software issues on various platforms including Windows OS, MS-Office, Adobe Reader, WMS, SAP Business One
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new h/w and s/w
Troubleshoot issues related to internal IT matters
Perform preventative maintenance of PCs and servers
End user support on SAP Business One
Initiates, co-ordinates and manages policies and procedures
Staff training
Ensures a safe and secure work environment
Technological research
Implement disaster recovery and backup procedures, IT security and control structures
