Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives in the dynamic world of agriculture.

POSITION INFO:

Manage IT Staff (recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management)
Formulate and manage disaster recovery plans
Manage licensing compliance
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
Design, develop, implement, and manage IT systems, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company solutions architect when it comes to design
Plan, organize, and manage IT operations and include budgets
Contract and manage IT-related outsourced solution providers
Manage key supplier relationships, costing and SLAs, and new technology offerings
Preserve IT assets, information security, and controls
Proactively ensure that IT contingency plans are in place for business continuity

Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage personnel
Experience in data center management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installations
Passionate about the excellent user and client experiences
Provide accurate and regular reports to management on IT performance
Ability to simplify complex problems and processes in a challenging, dynamic environment
Proven track record of understanding and identifying risks in functional changes and successfully directing efforts appropriately
Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue between departments
Ability to work under pressure, time management, provide reasonable effort estimations and be able to multitask across multiple projects, and communicate effectively

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or proven experience-based equivalent
