JOB SUMMARY:
My client, a well-established company based in Fourways, Johannesburg within the Information technology Industry, is currently recruiting for an IT Procurement Officer. The position is a 3-month contract, hybrid working model.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
Previous exposure to ICT Procurement.
Must have experience on Pastel and/or Freshdesk.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Compiling weekly outstanding quotation reports.
Ensuring quotes send through to clients.
Follow instructions of customers’ orders.
Ensuring stock delivered to client is correct.
Managing of process with suppliers on outstanding purchases.
Assistance with the Financial Director on reconsolidations.
