IT Project Manager

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a highly skilled, delivery‑driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal and client‑facing technology projects

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end management of multiple simultaneous technology projects. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery plans. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product, Development, BA\/DA, QA, Operations, and Client Success. Ensure all deliverables meet scope, quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate requirement‑gathering, project kick‑offs, UAT coordination, and implementation planning. Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, minutes, specifications, status updates). Provide weekly progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Project Management certifications advantageous (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile). 5+ years' experience managing technology, payment, or fintech projects. Strong experience using Jira and Confluence (essential). Proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently in a high‑pressure environment. Ability to translate technical concepts for clients and cross‑functional stakeholders. Solid understanding of SDLC, integrations, APIs, and payment\/verification systems (advantageous). Experience working with BAs, Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Support Engineering. Strong competency in documentation, planning, budgeting, and reporting. Please call us on for more information.
