SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a highly skilled, deliveryâdriven Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal and clientâfacing technology projects

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Lead endâtoâend management of multiple simultaneous technology projects. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery plans. Coordinate crossâfunctional teams across Product, Development, BA\/DA, QA, Operations, and Client Success. Ensure all deliverables meet scope, quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate requirementâgathering, project kickâoffs, UAT coordination, and implementation planning. Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, minutes, specifications, status updates). Provide weekly progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Project Management certifications advantageous (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile). 5+ years' experience managing technology, payment, or fintech projects. Strong experience using Jira and Confluence (essential). Proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently in a highâpressure environment. Ability to translate technical concepts for clients and crossâfunctional stakeholders. Solid understanding of SDLC, integrations, APIs, and payment\/verification systems (advantageous). Experience working with BAs, Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Support Engineering. Strong competency in documentation, planning, budgeting, and reporting. Please call us on for more information.
