We are looking for an experience SAP IT and Finance Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract Position with our client in Pretoria.

Work experience from the Metals and Mining Industry would be an advantage.

Extensive working knowledge for SAP Modules for IT and Finance Administration.

Minimum educational level:

Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an IT Degree

Â

We require the following work experience in:

Minimum 2 yearsâ?? experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role
Advanced proficiency in SAP software, invoice management processes and requisition management processes
Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards
Experience in financial reporting
Attention to detail
Superb organizational and time management abilities
Great collaboration and communication skills

Skills and Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial and operational IT data
Applying and adhering to financial and operation controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks
Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks
Assisting with budget cycles
Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations
Accountable for all relevant financial reports and financial tracking
Accountable for all vendor related payment processes and account reconciliations
Responsible for all business case financial projections
Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
Must have knowledge of procurement processes
Must be able to assist with service desk queries
Support team in ensuring contracts/licensing and admin up to date
