SUMMARY:
IT Service and Risk Manager urgently required for a leading group in the financial sector to be based in Woodmead. Your main responsibility will be to drive the IT Risk Management framework. The role facilitates sound IT audits and design policy, procedure and processes that supports the delivery of the organization.

POSITION INFO:

IT Service and Risk Manager urgently required for a leading group in the financial sector to be based in Woodmead. Your main responsibility will be to drive the IT Risk Management framework. The role facilitates sound IT audits and design policy, procedure and processes that supports the delivery of the organization.

Education:

• Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science.
• CRISC, CISM, CGEIT or similar certification.
• ISACA / IITPSA membership preferred

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 4 - 6 years’ experience in IT operations, risk, governance and compliance
• Knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across all platforms.
• Financial industry background.

Job Description:

• Risk Management
• Communicates IT risk information and advice stakeholders
• Provide strategic direction and consultation on IT Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Research, design and implement customer service solutions
• Information security, risk, governance, and compliance specialist that plans, drives and executes projects related to the field.
• Managing company’s financial risk by developing implementing framework and policies to protect from losses that could stem from non-compliance and negligence regarding legislative requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Identifying and improving the current operations regarding IT systems and business procedures and processes.
• Providing risk and security support to ensure the company is protected.
• Upholding the customer service values of the company
• Plans, develops and manages all project related to the IT systems, risk and governance of the organization.
