SUMMARY:
Our client seeks the services of a highly competent IT Manager with special focus on services, audits, governance, Risk Management and Compliance.

POSITION INFO:

The Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist drives the IT risk management framework and plans, executes, and manages projects related to IT risk management, mitigation and response, compliance, control assurance, and user awareness. The incumbent provides expert advice and consultancy with respect to best practice ICT management standards.

The client is a Financial Services division of the larger global automotive parent company

Description

Experienced IT professional with minimum 6 years'' experience in IT Security environment
5 years'' experience in an IT Services Management level role.
Both strategic and technical understanding and background.
Background in Financial Services Industry (Essential)
Experience across a broad spectrum of areas within IT including IT Operations, Information Security, IT Risk, Governance and Compliance and an understanding of IT within a highly regulated environment like a Banking Institution.
Background in Vehicle Financial Services (Advantageous)
Strong written and spoken communication (As this individual has to liase with service providers (Wesbank) regularly)
