POSITION INFO:
IT SUPPORT ENGINEER - Location: Pretoria - Salary: R50 000 - R70 000 (Negotiable) - Benefits: Medical Aid (50% CC), Retirement Fund (CC), Income Continuation Benefit (CC) - Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri) We're Hiring: End User Support Engineer Join a dynamic team and help maintain, support, and optimise IT infrastructure across multiple dealerships. If you love solving problems, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly - this role is for you! WHAT YOU'LL DO - First-line IT support & ticket management - Install, configure, maintain & troubleshoot: • Network infrastructure & cabling • CCTV systems • PCs, laptops, tablets & iPads • Printers & scanners • Telephony systems • Windows 10\/11, Windows Server & MS Office • Third‑party software - Manage email accounts - IT asset lifecycle management - Maintain documentation & admin - Ensure compliance with IT, H&S & quality standards - After-hours support, weekend work & travel when needed SKILLS YOU NEED - Strong IT security knowledge - Hardware expertise (PCs, laptops, printers, tablets) - Wired & wireless networking - Windows 10\/11 & Windows Server - MS Office & third‑party apps - Asset & call management - Strong work ethic & willingness to stay updated QUALIFICATIONS - A+ & N+ - 3-5 years IT Support experience - IT Degree (or equivalent experience\/training) - Computer Skills: Senior Level If you're a driven, skilled IT Support Engineer ready to make an impact - we want YOU!
