POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Engineer the Crossing: Diagnose and resolve a wide array of hardware, software, and network issues, constructing reliable solutions under pressure
Guide the Travelers: Provide clear, patient, and effective support to users of all levels, ensuring they can navigate their digital landscape with confidence
Fortify the Pathways: Proactively maintain and improve core systems, contributing to the overall stability and security of the technological environment

Skills & Experience:
The Builder's Resolve: A proven ability to assess complex situations, devise practical solutions, and execute them with composure
A Traveler's Toolkit: Strong foundational knowledge across operating systems, office productivity suites, core networking, and remote support tools
The Translator's Gift: Exceptional communication skills, with the patience and clarity to guide others from confusion to mastery

Qualification:
Tertiary qualification preferred
