JOB SUMMARY:
My client, who is based in Krugersdorp specialising within the engineering, manufacturing and mining industry, is seeking an hands-on IT Support Technician. The successful candidate must come with at least 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position with the knowledge and experience with the Hardware and Software components.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Beneficial: CompTIA A+ and N+ certificate or any relevant IT Degree.
2+ years’ experience as an IT Support Technician.
In-dept Hardware and Software knowledge.
MS Office.
Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintenance of IT Hardware and Software.
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify issues.
Repair and replace faulty components of computer systems to ensure efficient operations.
Respond to enquiries about hardware and software issues.
Assisting customers with queries and provide solutions to technical problems.
Assisting with removing and fixing faulty equipment.
Providing technical support.
