JOB SUMMARY:
A Freight Forwarder is seeking a IT Team Leader to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT Team leader with the discipline of IT Service Management (ITIL) - provide leadership and develop a customer first culture within the support team

Service Desk - lead, monitor and supervise the IT Service Desk to achieve goals

Deliver improvements, adopting best ITIL services

Supervise day to day activities

Ensure call logging is fit for purpose

Responsible for the operational management of call assignments within the service desk team

Update first-line service desk call queries

Provide user guides and self-training

Travel to sites

Ensure ITIL MIS support process

Matric
Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Team Leader
A+, N+ and ITIL certified
Minimum diploma in IT
