IT Technician

Minimum Requirements:

· A Matric Certificate

· A Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Working experience in ERP systems

Responsibilities:

· Establish, monitor, and maintain server room, ensure hardware and network runs well

· Support ERP system, maintain shopfloor devices, ensure the ERP system runs well

· Monitor the data accuracy of ERP system and coordinate with other departments

· Work according to IT Policy and IAIC related compliance requirement

· Responsible for IT budget, procurement, and management of all IT fixed assets, including hardware and software

· Install and configure Operating system and application as needed

· Manage user accounts, computers, and servers through AD

· Backup and restore user data and production data according to company specifications

· Support the implementing of local or global IT projects and policies as required

· Manage and maintain the CCTV and access control infrastructure

· Troubleshooting, include system, network, hardware, user issues, printers, etc

· Necessary training to end users, prepare the work instructions and manuals

· Develop emergency procedure for IT systems and test on a regular base

· Respond to callouts timeously
