IT Technician / Sales Manager

POSITION INFO:

A well-established company in Bloemfontein is looking for a professional and experienced IT Technician / Sales Manager to join their team. This dual-role opportunity requires someone with a solid technical foundation as well as strong business and sales skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for both managing IT systems and driving the company's sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks

• Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure and systems

• Implement and oversee software installations, updates, and staff training

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Generate reports, manage sales pipelines, and conduct data analysis using Excel

• Contribute to business growth through effective sales and customer service

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support, software, business management, and sales

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines

• Relevant qualification or certification in IT, Sales, or Business (advantageous)

Remuneration:

• R30 000 – R40 000 per month, depending on experience

• Annual increase of 10% to 20%, based on performance and experience.
