ITSM ANALYST -WITH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN SANDTON

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science
ITIL Foundation Certified
Strong knowledge in MS-Active Directory
Knowledge in Network/Telcom
Knowledge in VMWare virtualization technology environment
5+ years related work experience dealing with ITSM – Incident
Experience in high-severity triage, escalations and issue management
Experience in Ticketing tools and its functions

Excellent knowledge with:

TCP/IP networking
IP routing
Server Load Balancing
Network Security architecture and core technologies:
IP
TCP
OSPF/IS-IS
BGP
MPLS
Server Load Balancers
Firewalls
ACLs
DNS
DHCP
IPAM
LDAP
NFS
