JOB SUMMARY:
To research, design, plan, implement and configure identity, governance and administration (IGA) solutions and related technologies within the company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, test and implement scalable, redundant, IGA solutions and related technologies according to business requirements and align with industry best practise standards.
Provide escalation (3rd line) support on deployed IGA technologies.
Provide technical expertise, as part of IGA infrastructure projects, and participate in other departmental/divisional projects to contribute towards business objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities for integration, consolidation and enhancements to ensure cost-effective and optimal use of IGA resources and technology.
Research, design and evaluate alternative IGA technologies in relation to the company’s business needs (proof of concept and technical assessments) and align with the Business Solutions and Technology Department strategy, vision and roadmap.
Create and maintain technical IGA topology diagrams (company footprint) and provide structured documentation and procedures on solution hand-over.
Provide input into the development of IGA-related policies and standards in accordance with corporate governance standards, including the company’s policies, procedures, and other legislative requirements.
Act on management requests to address or mitigate risks in the IGA environment as identified by the internal or external auditors and other governance related assessments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification; and
Five to eight years of job-related experience in IGA frameworks and solutions.

Additional technical experience includes:

Active Directory;
Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Web Application Proxy (WAP);
Public Key Infrastructure;

Multi-factor Authentication Technologies;

SailPoint Identity IQ or other Identity Management technologies;
Automation technologies; and
PowerShell scripting.
