JOB SUMMARY:
Well Established Company based in the Sandton Area is looking for an experienced Sea/Air Import Administrator to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

4 years of Freight experience with Sea & Air Shipments
Must know Incoterms 2020
Computer literate with a high proficiency in the use of SAP, Excel & Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and manage numerous jobs at the same time
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
Flexibility and endurance, as well as the capacity to meet deadlines

Job Requirements:

Responsible for taking orders and handling them all the way through planning and shipment
Ensure that customer orders are filled
Create opportunities for cost cutting, price reductions and better operating procedures
In charge of contacting suppliers for order management and other commercial inquiries
Assist with short supply or incorrect supply of goods
