POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Manage and coordinate projects from initial planning through implementation and project close-out Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity Drive process improvement initiatives across production and operational functions Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to implement sustainable solutions Analyse workflows, processes, and plant layouts to optimise operational performance Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key deliverables to ensure successful project execution Utilise data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and track project performance Implement methodologies and best practices aimed at enhancing operational excellence Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment Proven experience managing or supporting engineering and operational improvement projects Strong understanding of process optimisation, production systems, and workflow improvement Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across various business functions Excellent project planning and coordination skills Ability to influence change and drive improvement initiatives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment Qualification: BEng \/ BSc in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
