POSITION INFO:

ICT Manager

My client is seeking a dynamic ICT Manager to lead its ICT Department and drive digital transformation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent).
7+ years ICT experience, including 5 in management and 5 in ICT project implementation.
Knowledge of DPSA ICT Governance is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a 3-year IT strategy & budget.
Lead ICT operations, infrastructure, projects, and procurement.
Ensure business continuity, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Manage ICT risks, contracts, audits, and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

ICT systems development & troubleshooting.
Strong leadership, project management & budgeting skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
