SUMMARY:
Prism Placements and this entrepreneurial property business are looking for a Inhouse Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for ensuring rigorous financial oversight and project tracking across all construction, optimisation and remedial CAPEX initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics
Min 3yrs exp in quantity surveying, project cost control, or construction financial management.
Sound experience supporting CAPEX and refurbishment projects with measurement, cost tracking, cost management, contractor, payments, BOQ’s and progress reports.
Excellent verbal and written Afrikaans and English communications skills.

Remuneration:

Up to R600K C.T.C. per annum
