Intermediate Software Engineer (.NET Maui/Xamarin)

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong mobile development experience to join our R&D team. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design through to deployment and support.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment)
• Translate technical specifications into practical engineering solutions
• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code aligned to best practices
• Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects and performance issues
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability
• Document algorithms, calculations, performance characteristics, and project cost breakdowns
• Collaborate with firmware engineers, designers, product managers, production, suppliers, and customers
• Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Follow established development methodologies and contribute to process improvements
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar software development environment
• Proven experience in mobile application development
• Strong C# development experience within .NET (MAUI / Xamarin)
• Solid experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
