Gijima is recruiting 1 x Data Analyst intern for their head office in Midrand on an Internship program.

POSITION INFO:
The criteria is as follows: -

Candidates must have completed a relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (Business and/or Data Management, Process Management, Data Engineering, Information Systems)
Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, email and Internet
No criminal record.
Be currently unemployed and not participating in any other learnership or internship programme
Candidates must currently be unemployed.
Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program.
Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) – relocation is NOT an option.
Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 August 2025.
Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, Coloured and Indian.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus: Transform operational and process data into insights that drive automation, optimisation, and decision-making across the Centres of Excellence.

Power BI, Excel, and dashboard design skills.
Data trend analysis and KPI measurement.
Understanding of process performance metrics (cycle time, SLA adherence, accuracy rate).
Basic statistical methods and visual storytelling.
Collect and analyse process data for trends and inefficiencies.
Support Quality Assurance process KPIs tracking for CTO office documentation.
Develop and update interactive dashboards for operational reporting.
Assist in predictive and compliance reporting aligned with CoE priorities.
