JOB SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for a well rounded bulk Recruitment Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including advertising, talent pool building and talent pool maintaining, sourcing, candidate screening, legal compliance, and reporting.

Key Performance Areas:

Deliver on minimum requirements set out by the key stakeholders of the business.
Source suitable quality candidates by using relevant job portals, referrals, headhunting etc.
for positions required.
Planning, communication, and implementation of recruitment projects.
Engage with stakeholder to understand and support them with their relevant recruitment
needs.
Verify that all recruitment documents are in order and meets the company’s compliance and governance standards.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Basic understanding of the HR value chain
Have general knowledge regarding FAIS requirements, this includes Debarment, DOFA and Fit and Proper requirements
Attention to detail, accuracy in the duties performed
Ability to work under pressure.
Have the ability to plan ahead.
Ability to work in a team.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Good Listening Skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities
