Internal Recruiter at a leading mining electronic manufacturer required. Solid skills in Recruitment, selection and placing of technical / financial or sales required. Ethical and hard working individual needed to assist client to find selective skills in current high in demand recruitment areas. Experience in dealing with line managers with a variety of personality types. SA based company with international branches in Australia and the USA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SENIOR INTERNAL RECRUITER

Johannesburg East

Leader in the research and development field for mining equipment and applications needs an internal Recruiter to assist with increase in positions in the South African region. Will be responsible for all internal Recruitment activities and dealing with external suppliers/agencies

Qualifications and skills required :

Matric
Ideally have a 3-year degree/diploma (NQF6) Â in HR or sales/ Marketing
Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in the engineering or technical recruitment field.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the relevant recruitment processes and guidelines are followed
Update internal systems of recruitment
Advise on remuneration and employment conditions in relation to the Recruitment process
Manage recruitment procedures to meet current recruitment needs
Manage the flow of communication between potential applicants and Line Managers
Undertake recruitment planning in conjunction with other managers to assess current and future recruitment needs
Liaise with outside agencies to source potential suitable applicants
Write position descriptions, advertisements, letters of contract and other recruitment related documentation
Manage all recruitment advertising on Social Media
Arrange interviews with applicants and agencies
Participate in the entire Recruitment process including all interviews
Participate in career markets and other recruitment related events
Statistical reports on Recruitment
