JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Security and Electronics Industry is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to be based in Industrial North Johannesburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Must have Grade 12
Must have 2+ Years Experience in Internal Sales
Client communication
Identifying sales opportunities
Understand customer needs and requirements
Advising and assisting customers telephonically as per their needs and requirements
Handling customer complaints/queries and escalating serious issues to the manager
Follow up with customer quotations and orders and provide feedback to customers and sales reps
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and
emails
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Touching base with previous clients to identify sales gaps and prospective sales opportunities
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure
Ensuring all interactions are logged on the pipe drive
Play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives
Following up on orders and quotes
Logging all interactions on pipe drive
