JOB SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client in the Corporate environment is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant in the FMCG Industry :

Telesales Consultant.

Reporting structure: Branch Manager/ General Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

SALES

- MUST be target driven. Able to achieve sales targets- GP and Sales.

- Drive sales in all aspects - seasonal promotions- new products etc.

- Proactively call customers to offer promotions etc.

- Deal with customers telephonically/ e mail.

- Receive and capture orders/ quotes etc.

- Manage back orders daily and weekly- communicate with customers before releasing back order.

- Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products.

- Answering customers on product questions and advise the correct product.

- Deal with all customer queries etc.

ADMIN/ GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Create a collaborative TEAM environment. Must be a TEAM player

- Must be able to take instruction and execute with TEAM.

- Assist sales rep “Buddy” in all aspects.

- Manage Rexel Reward program with sales rep.

- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Pay attention to detail.

- All admin relating to credits – sales – Stock On Site

- Perform duties outside of your given duties as needed from time to time.

- MUST be able to work on remote platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS - Zoom - Skype etc

- Will need to perform duties outside of the portfolio from time to time as directed by your manager and the needs of the company.
