Our client in the steel industry is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to join them in Alberton. Must have experience in general steel sales

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Internal Sales (Steel Industry)
Geographical area: Alberton, Gauteng
Salary range: R 20 000.00 – R 28 000.00 CTC pm

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Updating and managing of customer forecasts
Ensuring sufficient customer stock
Building and maintaining good customer relationships
Generating Mini Projects Plans and Specification Sheets for new material sizes
Offering of alternative material to customers
Generating of Credit Note Application Forms
Generating of Non-Conformance sheets and 8D Reports
Quotations and Invoicing
Arranging of loads to be delivered to customers
Managing customer feedbacks.
Outsourcing material processing
Liaising with various departments such as Production / finance / logistics

Minimum qualifications and experience:

2 – 5 years experience in the steel industry
2 years experience in internal sales position
Excellent customer relationship building skills
