Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of Matric
• Must be vaccinated
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the retail sales sector (hardware and tooling)
• Internal sales, outbound and inbound call centre experience
• Good understanding of sales cycle and key account management
• Sound knowledge of the retail sector
• Production knowledge of tool and hardware products
• Good business acumen
• Telephonic skills
• Excellent selling skills
• Ability to build trust and customer loyalty
• Problem solving skills
• Computer literacy – intermediate Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Attention to detail and results orientated

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Ensure yield on revenue sold is at the required level of gross profit
• Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by upselling and cross selling
• Identify opportunities to win business where customers currently favour competitors products
• Ability to negotiate a win/win business solution in meeting clients needs
• Inform customers of new products / brands, promotional campaigns or joint marketing programs and feedback to management
• Research and gather information about potential product ranges
• Ensure knowledge and understanding of clients business
• Achieve call centre productivity targets
• Build trust and confidence with customers through reliable and consistent service
• Resolve complaints and queries effectively
• Attend sales and product knowledge training sessions
