JOB SUMMARY:
A well-developed manufacturing company (Johannesburg) is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator who is process driven. The ideal candidate would be able to work under extreme pressure in a product supply environment. This position includes high customer satisfaction and high superior sales performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric.
3 – 4 Years’ experience as a manufacturing sales Coordinator (Product Supply).
Ability t fully understand Afrikaans and English.
Experience with Sage.
Must have experience in client liaison.
Solid experience in quotations.
Must Have very strong financial acumen.
The candidate must know how to generate and locate a PO number.

Duties and responsibilities

Monitor client satisfaction.
Focus on the order received and be diligent.
Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well under extreme pressure.
Loading of payments.
Receive orders from customers.
Prepare orders, quotes, and price lists for customers.
Control picking slips.
Keep track of customer pricing.
Obtain purchase order numbers from customers.
Prepare complete documentation and invoicing.
Return invoicing complete with all relevant documents for filing.
Counter Sales.
Submit all documents required by the General Manager for tasks needed.
Credit notes requests to be filled in and authorized.
Report to debtors/creditors for queries.
Support and assist Local procurement.
Control Internal staff Queries.
Sign off purchase orders.
Oversee Sales representatives’ queries or advise on system functions.
Report sales figures to the General Manager.
Train internal staff and assist with warehouse.
Manage your tasks by first in first out
