SUMMARY:
Internal sales / Parts counter sales and internal sales, electrical store in Bronkhorspruit region.  Internal and counter sales / and also if needed external to visit new and existing clients but mainly internal. 
 
Calling/mailing and repping for new clients for the company, and arranging meetings with prospective clients. 
 
Salary is15k to 20k depending on experience + commission
 
And commission payment monthly with salary of 3% to 5% on his/her sales turnover depending on experience.

• Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Identifying and getting new leads

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Process incoming sale orders.
• Preparing of sale orders
• Arranging of collections and deliveries of orders made to suppliers and customer orders

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
• Educate customers about product features and benefits to assist in their purchasing decisions.

• National Senior Certificate
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an internal sales or customer service role, within the lighting & electrical products
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
