SUMMARY:
Join a global organisation with multiple international entities and complex intercompany structures. Reporting into senior finance leadership, the International Intercompany Billing Manager will lead the end-to-end global intercompany billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and standardisation across regions.
You will manage a team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders globally, and play a key role in driving process improvements, automation, and best practices aligned with international accounting standards.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the global intercompany billing function across multiple international entities
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant intercompany invoicing between global subsidiaries
Develop, implement, and maintain standardised intercompany billing processes and controls
Oversee intercompany balance reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across regions
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Support month-end and year-end close, including journals and account reconciliations
Partner with tax, finance, and operational teams on transfer pricing and compliance matters
Provide people leadership, including training, performance management, and development of the billing team
Act as a key point of contact for global stakeholders across multiple time zones

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

5+ years’ experience in intercompany accounting, with international exposure
Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role
Proven experience working within multinational, multi-entity environments
Strong exposure to complex intercompany structures and cross-border transactions

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, intercompany processes, and transfer pricing
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Advanced Excel proficiency
Solid understanding of foreign currency transactions and global tax implications
