Gijima is looking to recruit 1 (ONE) Process Analyst Intern for their Business Process and Data Management division in Midrand.  The Process Analyst Intern supports the Business Process and Data Management (BPDM) function in documenting, analysing, and improving enterprise processes

POSITION INFO:
The criteria is as follows: -

• Candidates must have completed a 3-year tertiary qualification (National diploma, degree, diploma) in IT (i.e. Information Systems, business applications or business analysis, BCom / BIS Degree)
• Candidates must have NO criminal record

• Candidates must currently be unemployed
• Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program
• Candidates must not be studying at any other institution (including distance learning)
• Candidates must live in the greater Midrand area (relocation is NOT an option)
• Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 April 2026
• Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, White, Coloured and Indian

• Business process modelling using BPMN standards
• Workflow optimisation and reporting
• Process inventory management and documentation governance.
• Document control, versioning, and compliance auditing

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Process design tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi)
• Workflow platforms and audit trail systems (where applicable)
• Process modelling tools (Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart)
• Exposure to automation and digital workflow platforms

• Analytical thinking and process curiosity
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional communication and documentation clarity
• Ability to learn quickly within a platform-driven technology environment

• BPMN Fundamentals
