🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• 📦 Manage and oversee the full inventory accounting function across multiple locations.
• 📊 Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
• 🧾 Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• 🤝 Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory processes.
• 📈 Prepare and present inventory-related financial reports to senior management.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• 📅 Support audits and assist with year-end financial processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (BCom or equivalent) 🎓
• 3–5 years’ experience in a full accounting function, with a strong focus on inventory 📚
• Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is highly advantageous 🛍️
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP and Oracle) 💻
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 🔍
