SUMMARY:
Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks an Inventory Controller / Procurement Coordinator to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in an inventory control, procurement, or supply chain role
Working knowledge of SYSPRO ERP system highly preferred
Strong understanding of import/export documentation and logistics processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities:

Stock ordering and replenishment across multiple product lines
Inventory costing, valuation, and variance analysis
Liaising with local and international suppliers regarding purchase orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
Coordinating with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and courier companies for import and local shipments
Managing inter-branch stock transfers and ensuring accurate stock movement documentation
Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock reconciliations
Monitoring stock levels and identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory
Supporting month-end inventory reporting and audit requirements
