POSITION INFO:
This isn’t some dusty old factory punching the same clock since ’75. Our client is a modern manufacturing powerhouse—where precision meets scale, and speed is non-negotiable. They’re on the hunt for an Inventory Manager who doesn’t just count parts—but controls the flow like a battlefield general. Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of inventory and stock control
Develop and execute strategic stock planning processes
Oversee costing functions and support pricing strategies
Analyze inventory trends and produce financial reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Procurement
Implement process improvements to optimize stock efficiency and reduce costs

Experience and Skills Required

BCom Degree in Finance or related field
5+ years’ experience in inventory/stock management
Background in Product, Project, Mining, or Manufacturing environments
Experience or qualification in Costing is essential
Strong knowledge of Financial Analytics, Stock Planning, and Budgeting
Proven management experience
Must have a strong personality, able to lead and drive performance
