SUMMARY:
Investor and Management financial reporting manager

POSITION INFO:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Financial and Operational information to SLT, Board and Investors comprising of Sales / Contribution Margin and Group performance on a monthly and quarterly basis highlighting and explaining significant variance to Prior Year and Budget

Co-ordinate and deliver annual Management Budgets / Mid-year updates / 5 year forecasts at a market and group level to Investors

Support the preparation of Prior Year Statutory Financials including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L and IAC loans receivable and payable

Manage and support any requests from existing and new investors

Assist on all Project Malta requests for SLT / Board / Investors

Support the Director, Management Reporting with ad hoc project requests

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with excellent accounting knowledge and experience working with multinational organisations.

Relevant exposure to statutory financial statement reporting

Experience of IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP
