JP 18038 - Divisional Operations Manager – Bloemfontein

Must be able to manage all operational activities for the specified divisions within Retail and Wholesale. Be able to ensure that sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimise client product availability and representation within the retail and wholesale outlets

1. Operational Planning

• Develop and implement operational plans that align to the client and business objectives
• Execute affectively on sales and merchandising plans
• Monitor and manage defined objectives

2. Sales & Merchandising Excellence

• Ensure the coordination with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of
  stock.
• Ensure the adherence to and maintenance of merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Establish strong relationships with customer divisional/regional managers to effectively achieve
  client and business objectives.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and nurture relationships with the client team and key customers.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with customers divisional/regional managers to
  understand their needs, challenges, and feedback.
• Ensure prompt and effective communication with customers and clients when issues arise.

4.Team development and Management

• Ensure that all team members understand and are aligned with the company’s mission and
  strategic goals.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members on their performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning sessions for direct reports.
