POSITION INFO:

Minimum 4+ years of Java development — you're not just a junior, you're a contender
Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs — the holy trinity of backend challenges
Cloud savvy (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — because tribal councils happen in the cloud now
SQL or NoSQL? You’ve outwitted, outplayed, and outperformed in both
Deep understanding of design patterns and data structures — your secret immunity idols
The will to own your code, even when it breaks… right before a demo
