JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric with relevant diploma and one years experience
Must be good in organising of daily tasks
Attention to detail
Multi-tasking
Must be able to prioritise
Must be able to delegate work

DUTIES

Processing and reconciliation of monthly accounts - cashbook, debtors, creditors etc.
Processing and reconciliation of monthly payrolls
Make payroll related payments (including statutory payments) by agreed dates
Provide clients with relevant monthly reports
Correspond with clients, request and collate all relevant documentation from clients
Telephone support function to clients e.g. processing of Pastel/ salaries
Support and consult with clients – handle difficult customer queries and complaints

Salary: R15000, negotiable dependent on experience
